- Management from afar - This style allows you to work with your patient knowing that the office is running smoothly and with minimal direction from you. The key to this is your office documentation. Your guidance will be provided to the staff through easy to understand job description, along with many other supporting documents.
- Hands on management - You're in complete control and have your "hands on" every part of the office. You are involved in every aspect of the office's everyday mechanics. You are made aware of any decisions throughout the day and are called on to make decisions throughout the day.
This module is designed to improve your employee's understanding of their role within the office team, through documentation. From turning on the lights in the morning, to locking the door at night.
