Chris Scappatura
Since
1985, Chris has approached business consulting with an enthusiasm that can
only be described as contagious. Chris recently celebrated 20 years
as an entrepreneur. Along the way, Chris has had businesses in
the service, retail, entertainment, and manufacturing industries.
In
1995, Chris began working in a family dental practice.
While working with his wife Elisabeth, he gained valuable dental
knowledge from the doctors who happened to be his brother-in-law and
sister-in-law. During the
next three years, Chris developed as a receptionist, office manager,
treatment coordinator, graphic artist, and marketing specialist.
It’s worth mentioning that in-times-of-need Chris stepped in as a
chairside assistant.
As a trainer for The Bridge Network’s dental practice management software, Chris is constantly approached to give advice on office and business management problems. Working for the business side of the office Chris provides the necessary tools to correct, improve, and ultimately sustain the desired office environment.
Chris' business management systems are built on his believe that overcoming problems start with good communications - both verbal and written. He has developed business management systems that address the various needs within the dental industry. He has helped many dental practitioners implement lasting solutions with his ability to "get-to-the-root of a problem".
Due
to the overwhelming success of his business management systems, Chris
began conducting seminars and workshops on various topics of interest in
1998. Topics include Effective Communications, One Voice,
Silver Tongue, The Business of Running a Practice,
and No
Receivables.
